Policy template / legal review
Terms of Use — Draft
Proposed terms for review. Enrollment and payments are not open.
Owner to complete business identity, contact details, jurisdiction and effective date. This is not legal advice or a final agreement. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
Provider and eligibility
[Legal business name], [business address], [monitored contact], [jurisdiction], and [effective date] must be completed by the owner. Age eligibility and parental-consent requirements must be set before registration opens. The current site is a development preview.
Learning access and licenses
Proposed individual access is for one named learner. No sharing logins, resale or redistribution of paid materials. Team packs would provide five separate named learner seats, not a shared login. Access duration, release dates, transfer rules and bundle inclusions must be approved and disclosed on the final product pages.
Assessments and certificates
Complete all required lessons and achieve at least 80% on the final knowledge check. Current draft quizzes allow three attempts. Awards are Certificates of Completion only: not accredited certification, professional licensure, academic credit, continuing-education credit, or a guarantee of employment or outcomes. Credential verification may display the learner name, course, issue date and status; privacy and consent procedures need review.
Responsible AI use
Use only authorized tools and safe example data. Independently verify outputs, calculations and sources. Do not submit confidential, personal, patient, student or client data to unapproved AI services. Course examples are educational, not legal, clinical, tax, financial or other professional advice. AI tools, their prices and capabilities can change; third-party tool subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated.
Purchases and refunds
No paid checkout is currently enabled. Final pricing, currency, taxes, payment terms, access duration and the refund policy must be disclosed before payment. Team and bundle enrollment automation is not ready.
Conduct, intellectual property and changes
Do not abuse the service, bypass assessment rules, submit unlawful content or infringe third-party rights. Ownership of course material, permitted personal adaptations, acceptable-use enforcement and material-change notices need owner approval and local legal review.
Liability and disputes
[Governing law], [dispute process], [support and accessibility route], any permitted liability limitations, and termination procedures remain to be drafted with qualified advice. Mandatory rights cannot be excluded.
