Policy template / legal review

Refund Policy — Draft

Proposed terms for review. Enrollment and payments are not open.

DRAFT TEMPLATE — NOT APPROVED. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.

Owner to complete business identity, contact details, jurisdiction and effective date. This is not legal advice or a final agreement. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.

Proposed individual-course refund window

Subject to applicable law, we propose accepting a refund request made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase when less than 30% of the course has been completed and no completion certificate has been issued. Exactly 30% completed would not qualify under this voluntary policy. This proposal needs owner approval and legal review before it is offered.

How completion would be measured

Completed required lesson or exercise entries divided by the total required lesson or exercise entries in that course, using the learning platform record at the time of request. Final assessment attempts and certificate status may also be checked. Disputed progress records should receive human review; no automated refund decision is configured.

Request process

Use the contact page with your order number, course title and purchase date. Do not send card details, passwords or sensitive documents. A final monitored refund contact and response timeframe must be added before sales open.

After approval

Proposed process: refund to the original payment method and revoke the refunded course access. Processor settlement timing, certificate-revocation handling and any partial-refund method must be finalized and tested before launch. No refund automation is currently connected.

Bundles and teams

Separate rules for partial use, seat allocation, team cancellations and bundle refunds remain to be approved. Do not sell these products until the rules and fulfillment workflow are ready.

Consumer protections

Nothing in the final policy should limit non-waivable statutory rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content. Jurisdiction-specific withdrawal rights and any required express consent for immediate digital access need professional review.
