Information currently collected
Contact and team forms collect their displayed fields. The optional free-workbook signup collects email, optional name and role, and affirmative consent for future course-launch or learning-resource updates. Contact Form 7 and Flamingo store entries in the WordPress database; entries may also contain submission metadata such as IP address and browser details. The PDF is available without signup. Outgoing mail is disabled.
Learning and payment records at launch
When registration opens, account details, enrollment, lesson progress, quiz attempts and completion certificates may be stored. Stripe is not connected and payments are disabled. Payment processor disclosures must be completed before activation; do not submit card data through contact forms.
Public certificate verification
A valid credential link may show the learner name, course title, issue date and credential status publicly. Certificates are not issued for the free workbook. Learner consent, publication choices and revocation/deletion handling must be finalized before course launch.
Hosting, logs, cookies and security
The site is hosted on a Hostinger VPS. WordPress, WooCommerce and the LMS can use necessary login, session, cart and progress cookies. Server and security tools, including Wordfence and Limit Login Attempts Reloaded, may process IP addresses, login attempts and security events. No analytics or advertising tools have been deliberately added. Cookie inventory, security-provider processing and international-transfer disclosures need review.
Purposes, consent and choices
Inquiries are stored to respond and evaluate interest. Launch-update interest is optional and separately consented to; no marketing messages are sent at present. Use the contact form to request withdrawal or deletion. The owner must establish a monitored response process and applicable legal bases and rights before launch.
Retention and recipients
Owner to specify retention periods for inquiries, marketing interest, learner progress, certificates, financial records, logs and backups. Site backups include stored form entries. The hosting provider and enabled security software may process data as required to operate the service. No mailing-list provider, advertising network or external backup destination is configured by this build.
Rights and unresolved requirements
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, complaints, minors’ data, legally required retention and applicable jurisdiction-specific rights require a final reviewed procedure. Please do not include sensitive information in any preview form.
